Jeffrey Zinn of Scalepoint Capital LLC, Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform

We are excited to announce that Jeffrey Zinn, Managing Partner of Scalepoint Capital LLC, has joined as an Affiliate Partner.

Mr. Jeffrey Zinn is the Managing Partner of Scalepoint Capital.

Scalepoint Capital is an affiliate of Stonehaven LLC, focused on serving the capital needs for early-stage financial service companies. Scalepoint Capital delivers a strong focus and expertise in fintech, proptech, and insurTech industries and provides high touch services including debt capital fundraising, equity fundraising, and investor relations for asset managers.

Mr. Zinn is an entrepreneur focused on the intersection of capital markets, technology, and specialty finance. In his thirty years in the finance industry, he has been involved in origination, trading and structuring, sales and marketing, capital raising, and investing. 

Mr. Zinn is also a founding partner of Scalepoint Advisors, a fractional CFO and capital markets advisory business, Mr. Zinn levers his extensive experience and deep pool of relationship capital to deliver a focused set of financial services to early-stage venture backed companies.

Prior to starting Scalepoint Advisors and Scalepoint Capital, Mr. Zinn spent time in the asset management space, including four years at Flexpoint Ford, twenty years on the sell side at UBS, BofA, and Jefferies, and a critical experience as the Head of Capital Markets for a venture backed lending franchise lending platform, ApplePie Capital, where he led three capital transactions totalling  over $500mm and a strategic equity investment from a regional bank. 

Mr. Zinn is an investor and serves as an advisor to several fintech companies and is passionate about working with the next generation of financial service entrepreneurs, founders, and investors. 

Mr. Zinn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. 

Mr. Zinn holds series 7 and 63 registrations with FINRA.
