Wissam Otaky of Onn Capital partners, Joins Stonehaven’s Affiliate Platform

We are excited to announce that Wissam Otaky, Managing Partner of Onn Capital Partners LLC, has joined as an Affiliate Partner.

Mr. Wissam Otaky is the Managing Partner at Onn Capital Partners.

Onn Capital Partners supports clients in a variety of industries, including sports, finance, real estate, and technology with capital structuring, capital formation, and M&A activity.

Mr. Otaky is an independent strategic advisor to entities active in a variety of industries, including sports, finance, real estate, and technology. He specializes in overall strategy development, capital structuring, capital formation, and business development.

Mr. Otaky also serves as a Director at VM Med Group, the largest private Breast Cancer and Women’s Health Center in Canada. Previously he served as Managing Director at Leste Group, responsible for Leste’s New Initiatives, and sat on the firm’s Executive Committee.

Prior to joining Leste, Mr. Otaky was a Co-Managing Partner of an emerging market venture investment fund and co-founded a pioneering data-driven approach focused on scale in early-stage technology investing for the firm’s second fund which was among the topmost active investors in Seed Stage Venture globally in 2018. Earlier in his career, he helped lead one of the fastest growing startups in the MENA region and held a variety of entrepreneurial positions at a large conglomerate where he led M&A activity, corporate development, and growth functions. Mr. Otaky co-founded two startups in Montreal, Canada.

Mr. Otaky earned his first-class honors in a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University with a double major in Finance and Economics and a minor in Statistics. Mr. Otaky is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter holder having earned this designation in 2006.

Mr. Otaky holds the Series 7, 63, and 82 registrations with FINRA.
