Amanda Rice is the Chief Executive Officer of Amanda Rice Consulting, LLC.
Amanda Rice Consulting focuses efforts on capital-raising activities for a wide array of alternative investment managers. As the CEO of Amanda Rice Consulting, Ms. Rice utilizes her expertise in business development, finance, and analytics to offer strategic guidance and solutions to alternative asset managers. Throughout her extensive 20-year career in the finance industry, she has cultivated strong connections with investors, clients, and partners across various verticals and regions.
Ms. Rice also held the role of Director of Investor Relations and Business Development at both Maltese Capital Management and Amici Capital. In these positions, she successfully secured capital, expanded the client base, and bolstered the firms’ respective reputations and brands. Additionally, she has acquired valuable experience in the pharmaceutical and banking sectors, honing her skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. She is deeply committed to delivering exceptional value and service to her clients and partners, continuously seeking opportunities for growth and development within her area of expertise. Emphasizing the importance of collaboration, she believes in empowering diverse and talented teams to achieve their aspirations and unlock their full potential.
In 2017, utilizing her network and extensive personal & professional experience, Amanda founded The Chick Mission — a non-profit organization dedicated to changing the lives of women newly diagnosed with cancer in real time. The organization is focused on educating patients about the effects of cancer treatment on fertility, providing need-based grants to hundreds of women to cover the cost of egg freezing and they are very active in advocacy efforts to change the landscape for young adults with cancer. In all her endeavors, Amanda tackles problems in full force and finds solutions.
Ms. Rice holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Tulane University.
Ms. Rice currently holds Series 7 and 63 registrations with FINRA.
