Ms. Passmore brings over 35 years of experience in private and public corporate growth strategy, acquisition, divestitures, and fund-raising initiatives, having led dozens of successful buy-side and sell-side transactions. As a former CFO for a NYSE-traded company, she is a seasoned business leader with a strong financial background and a proven track record of driving value creation.

Ms. Passmore is a CPA, a graduate of the Stanford University Executive Program, a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor, and a Certified Value Builder Advisor.

Ms. Passmore currently holds the SIE, Series 63, and 79 registrations with FINRA.

Ms. Jenna Johnson is the Administrative Assistant and Marketing Coordinator of Maximum Possibilities, LLC, and Maximum Possibilities Capital, LLC.

Ms. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont (2005) and brings a diverse professional background to Maximum Possibilities. Prior to joining in 2023, Ms. Johnson spent 17 years in the demanding and detail-oriented horse breeding industry, working with several world-class programs.
